Packets of each cut will vary in amount depending on how you choose to have your meat cut.

Leg 2 x approx 2 – 3kg each Chops or Whole or Halved
Rib 2 x approx 1 – 2kg each Riblets or Whole
Loin approx 2 – 4 kg Chops only
Knuckles & Neck approx 3kg – 6kg Stew or Whole
